Another day, another profoundly awful experience with this institution

15 days after opening a case of ***** and the investigator cannot be bothered to send so much as an email to just clarify where he is in proceedings or what needs to be done. No one has asked me for any more information since my initial contact. I assume after six weeks they will tell me too bad after they have done exactly nothing.
