another complaint for absa carlton centre

I would never recommend this bank to any one. I go to carlton centre branch on saturday, a black light skinned lady shortish in height, tells me that I shouldn't worry because south gate branch will be opened on sunday (10-14pm). How the **** do you get that wrong, I spent money &went to southgate for nothing because I've been misled by an absa consultant. I can't wait to close my accounts with this bank really
