Another Absa disappointment
I am so tired of Absa's slow response or lack of response, I asked for a settlement letter from Vehicle finance and have just been ignored, my second query was an enquiry about a premium that has been coming off my Vehicle Finance for years, all it says is on behalf of 3rd party, I don't know who it is going to or what it is for as I have never received any kind of documentation, I have never received a straight answer. The car was written off by my insurance and now, I will have to pay another installment and will have to wait for another updated settlement letter. Once that installment is paid the insurance will request another updated settlement letter, there is no doubt of that
1. Why have I not received the updated settlement letter which will have to be updated again when the next unnecessary installment has been paid
2. Why have I not been given a proper response to this 3rd party premium that has been coming off.
I cannot wait another week or 3 days I need this information today its that simple.

This is a typical copy and paste repsonse
Surely you can see who the premium is being paid to, this should be an immediate feedback time-frame. This is now the second time I have asked, the last time I was told case is closed go and find out from the branch, this is unacceptable I don't have the means to go into vehicle finance.
