Good morning, My car has been financed through ABSA vehicle finance for the past 6 years. My car got ****** on the 14th of June 2019. My insurance paid the full settlement amount to ABSA and paid my claim to me as well on the 25th of June 2019. Why on earth would ABSA still be taking my monthly installment off although my account has been settled in full? They are not much helping either, because i cannot get through to the call centre and no one replies to my mails which i have probably sent 20 of.
