Annoying FICA emails!!

Ive been receiving emails about updating my FICA details. I called card division coz their App keeps giving errors and saying I shud go to the branch. I asked the agent why must I update my details when I had already done so when I got the card. He said that after a few years I have to redo it and put me thru to the FICA dept. That woman tells me that I should ignore the email if I already Fica'd myself. I asked why am I getting these mails if Im already Fica'd and why cant ABSA isolate only those that havent Fica'd and send them this annoying email! Then I asked her if she could check if everythings in order and she cut the call!!
