ANNOYED WITH ABSA

I made payment to ABSA recoveries for sometime, they gave me a sttlement letter but to this day i have not received a paid up letter, I have been calling them everyday with no luck, they either put me on hold for over 30 minutes then drop my call and sometimes tell me straight they cannot assist, i have sent them my POP on emails but to this day nothing has been done.

Everyday they have a different excuse,and they do not even call you back to inform you of what's going on, i have spoken to Nqobi , Marco and everytime their supervisors or managers are not available to assis, both of them they droped my calls 5 times already.
