Annoyed by ABSA home loan

I just made contact with ABSA home loan to change my debit order date because I will only be getting paid last day of the month. The answer I get is the system has been set already to debit on the initial date.

Why do you have systems that work in your favour not your clients. I have been able to make changes with all other organisation except you. Its ridiculous.

I am annoyed and cant believe that at this day in age, thats the answer that you give to your clients!
