Annoyed being a business account holder

It is been a month my account was closed with no reason, went the branch spoke to my banker but she said it has a hold due to fica so we did it until today is still not working & remember I run a business this is affecting my customers and our bookkeeping team is complaining.What type of company runs without a business account. If is there anything that the bank needs they must call me instead of being & the banker keeps on saying she has submitted we must wait .
