Angry & Lost trust->Alvino:Fix your mess & return my money

Alvino, who the h*** are you to authorize debit order without my concern? saying "I will get back to you" after quotation doesn't give you permission to do whatever you wanna do with my money. what happened to trust, where the hell do I get money to survive since you've taken all my money for policy I did not agreed to? Bring back my money, i did not agree to any of 'this' but said will call back to confirm ...you even gave me number to call back...your calls are recorded, do your replay & fix your mess...#sic
