Angry Client about ABSA bank

I want my money, they have deducted to my account without my permission. On Monday I called them they said I need to produce a proof of insurance and I did. they are quiet as to when and how my money will be paid the 2 to 3 day have laps just got the email that my money has been refunded to my vehicle account ?? How and why because they were deducting from my Cheque account ?? I want my money to be deposited to my Cheque account not Vehicle account!!! Already given them my account no.
