Angry and still not classified as overindebted
This is the letter received from Absa stating no resolution or response was received from my side. What utter nonsense . I called the tracers and tried to make arrangements and was told I had the option of paying over 50k and paying of the test whereby I stated that I couldn't afford it my only hope was to get help via Hello Peter. My mother was never contacted ever she would have told me if she was. Where is this information coming from and why am I told I made no effort to contact and make arrangements. I have telephone proof as our company keeps records of all calls made. Yes I spoke to a guy named Conrad who was supposedly incharge of my account but he told me the same thing....pay over 50k as a deposit and pay the rest off over 6 months or the entire over 101k over 12 months which came to over 8k a month which is not even my wages q month. Absa you are ridiculous. How can I get any help if your demands are impossible to meet.
See letter received. 11 July 2019
