Angry Absa customer.

On the 7th on April 2018 , I went to an Absa branch at Parktown Jhb to reverse an insurance policy for my car. The lady who helped me was NADINE, she did all procedures for a reversal and promised that it will take 5 working days to reverse the money. Now on the 13th of July I called to check why the money is not reimbursed. To my amazement no reversal was made and they seemed not to even know that I was at the Parktown branch on above mentioned day. I was sent from pillar to post and I ended up referred to a lady by the name LETHIWE SIMELANE, the acting manager, because they alleged the manger was in a meeting. Then she promised that the reversal will be made not later than the 17th on Tuesday July. But I still insisted that I want to speak to Nadine and Lethiwe said she is going to make sure that Nadine calls me, I told her that that is not gonna happen because she is covering her. I am writing this email at 16h40 and I still have not received their call, so pathetic. I am so disappointed and angry with ABSA, I am going to cancel my other car insurance with them.
