andaInstalation of geyser not according to SABS

BEST Plumbers installed my geyser in 2009. They did not do it correctly and it is hanging, the drip tray is cracked where the geyser fitting was supposed to be mounted on the wood and is leaking water into my house causing water damage. Absa says I have to pay for the damage but it was their plumber who incorrectly installed the geyser. I had to lodge a new claim and paid R250 to have the vacuum breaker fixed due to this ****. I lodged a complaint on the 7th March and mailed Jaen Milton the private plumbers report on the 16th till today she and Absa have made no effort to sort this **** out and investigation must be lodged to see how Best plumbers is *****ing money from people, with the help of Absa. ad-hoc Plumbers took photos and said in their report: Vacuum breaker was leaking at cold water inlet. Geyser bracket is not fitted on the plank caused drip tray to crack and water leaking into the house. I had to pay for water damage to be fixed in 2009. Absa is responsible for this and is culpable for the damage and faulty installation by their plumbers.
