********* and ******* vehicle collection process

I have checked other people's reviews regarding vehicle repossession, I acknowledge that there seem to be a huge problem here. On the first of May close to the debtor's knock off time as he mentioned, the guy forced me to pay him bribe then make arrangements. I had no option due to his pressure, i gave the guy the amount of money he wanted. The next day he called me and i was so confused, he forced me to make another payment then made payment arrangements. To my surprise two days ago i was followed by other debt collectors who were severely aggressive on me. Only to find out the first guy did not do anything, rather enjoy taking people's money, which i see as ******ion. Same with the guys who took my vehicle past 2 days. I had just made payment of R1300. The agreed amount which i was supposed to pay on Friday which was R1600 then another R1600 the next week. I explained the situation to the guys who repossesed my car and they did not want to understand anything, i had to look for the amount they needed immediately. I managed to get the amount, unfortunately they did not allow me to make the payment, the guys drove with me for few minutes to get the cash at my inlaws house were they even intruded the property aggressively not giving me a chance to talk to my family and this was just embarrassing. After getting the money they had already taken out my belongings in the vehicle and forced me to sign documents that i don't even understand. I refused to sign the documents and they gave me a little plastic with some of my belongings. I asked them to drop me at a mall and they refused, they also refused with their contact details so that i could show them the payment i had already made and the payment i was about to make. I had to go to the ATMs at the mall and make payments whilst hunting the team and finding out which company did this to me. Just to add, the way the debt collector drove my car, was so rough and they literally kicked me out of my car, as a client who nearly got hijacked and faced ******s so many times i was in a state of shock. Anyways, i managed to contact the bank and instructed the team to contact me, the bank if i made payment that day they were supposed to return the vehicle. It looks like these guys were rushing to get the car to the store and book my vehicle and nothing was on the system. The first debt collector did not do his job, that is not my fault. I made the payment as per request and forwarded all the proof. Guys know your rights and stand your ground, it looks like theres a lot of cases like this. I am losing money and would like the vehicle back immediately, this is not right. Some of my important belongings are missing, which would have been the first thing i would have took. Which means there was a huge conflict. Everything i mentioned has proof, from chats, statements, locations etc.

To add on, I made a payment on the 30th of April and i was owing R5227, if we made arrangements with the first debt collector, to pay R1600 by Friday and i paid R4508, that means the account is on R700. I have proof of this, and this need to be rectified immediately. It is not my fault that your debt collector did not do his job you added interest and thus not my fault. This account is good as not in arrears, sort this out ASAP.

Hi

It just spoke to the guys who took my vehicle, they say they do not know which store the vehicle is in , it's 3 days now and I addressed this issue immediately. Who is supposed to know if they do not know?? I have not gotten any information regarding the location of the vehicle why? No email , sms , why am I in the dark? Something is fishy here, I am not happy and feel restless and dissatisfied with the whole process. Bank hasn't given me any information why ? You say the matter is being resolved , and parties say they do not know where the vehicle is? Sort this mess

Looks like the entire process was just wrong. On Tuesday the 6th of May, when these guys came to take my vehicle. We went to my in-laws who helped me with the funds, and fortunately I managed to get all the funds that were outstanding. To my surprise , the agents started interrupting my conversation with my family who gave me the money and intruded private property and telling me they taking the vehicle, I had all the funds what was the point of fighting me and forcing me to sign documents, I refused to sign, if there is a signature it's not mine. The agents took out my belongings and I did not even notice that my most important belongings are left behind. I told the guys that I have all the money available as requested. They did not want to listen to me and refused to drop me at Westgate, I asked for their details so that I could make the payment and they refused. I believe if you pay 75% of the arrears same day then all should be fine, so what was all this. I was forcefully dropped at their own desired location and walked to the bank to make payments. Now it was a hustle to check who took the car (which company is it) which agent is it. As I was busy making payments I managed to speak to a bank representative who handles AVAF cases like this . The representative advised that nothing was on the system in terms of booking , so she could not do anything ( all calls are recorded so you should get the proof from her). She also advised that if I have all the funds , the agents should just return the vehicle since I have the funds and making payment already. Agnes sent a request for the agents to call me and they did but did not follow the process. Later on I managed to get the contact details of the agent who took my car and told me it was too late, like what on earth is that? Later on I realized I do not have my bible which is under the car seat, my housekeys are missing and my necklace is missing , it's always on the rear view mirror. What does the policy of repossession say ? Isn't it if a client makes payment of 75% then all good, when I want to pay the guys run away with my car ? This is nonsense, bring back my vehicle , there is too many **** ups
