********* and senseless service at ABSA soon to be ex client

If you are looking for a bank ABSA BANK should be the last resort I am at a point where this is affecting me holistically, month in month out its the same routine their cluessless and ********* stuff members who pry on the weak call to make an arrangement for payment while I have made payment for the month mind you and they say " I will make a note" and soon after they turn around and go into my funds without my consent without my knowledge and take my money twice in one month. is that sensible? is that fair? how I wish there was a zero star option here I cant express how angry I am right now
