***** and App hacked

Absa a bank that is not raking care of its own clients, My Absa bank app was hacked into on rhe 13th of Febtuary and ,by one of their staff members ,.I lost oall of money in 5 minutes and when I went to the bank to report *****,The person who answered the phone ,said to me after I have eelaued the story ro him that they had picked up a suspicious transaction but decided to let it run.Then all.my money was withdrawn from my app after I received a call from absa agent selling me.a funeral.cover that I happen to be interested into buying,little did I know that they wer hacking my account and making money transfer and cleaning account. I reported the ***** and was given a case number and was told to go open a case and send all the documents which I did on the 17th of Februaru and then received a whatsApp saying they have received my documents and they also furnished with another case number saying the case will bre reslves within 15 _20 days and a Forensic specialist will contact me.soon.Nothing like that did not happen I had to send them messages asking about the progress of the case and only and automated answer was send to me .But I decided to go to Absa Branch to go an inquire about thus a d they lady at reception was surprised no one contacted me.Bear in mind is the 17th day and when I called I was told that Xilole.is the one handling my case and she didn't contact me.t9 her my side of story.The I received a call from.her immediately after I dropped the call and she gave me a lame story which I didn't buy into I told her that I want.myoney as inn like.yesterday.Yhey made me to hold on a fone for more than 4 minutes and they dropped rhe phone.I went 8n again I told them I wantonly and it paid within q0inutes and I was underpaid by R2800 and I laid a complaint immediately after I received that money.But they didn't bother to.hear me out but I was taken from.pillar to post until.t9.this day they haven't responded.to.my complain and I had to.closr.the account t.ABSA they are ****** and not compliant at.all.Thfr run the bank like spsza shop.But I still want money for emotional pain and ruining credit scores dmore a d more.*Absa your bad and unprofessional to the highest level..I want my money
