Anchor Trust

I have been trying to get this account fica'd since 2012. Each time I give the information required I am assured that this is the last information that is required. Notwithstanding this every six months the current account is frozen and we are unable to access the funds. Each time involves telephone calls to find out what goes on and then get the hold lifted. During this time interest is lost as the funds cannot be transferred to the investment account. On one occasion there was R800k deposited into the account and it took four months to get the interest refund while private bank and business bank squabbled who was going to pay. The last occasion I contacted the business banker and he undertook to lift the hold and let us know what was wrong. He never came back to me and the account was again frozen. I phoned again and was told what was missing. He then refused to lift the hold until this info was to hand notwithstanding the fact he did not come back to me. I then wrote to Maria Ramos querying a number of things and have not had the courtesy of a reply from her especially as I addressed the email to her. This has been going on since 19 October and I have heard from nobody.
