An sms recived regarding my credit card

I received an sms from my Absa bank stating that \ your absa credit card account is over limit, please make payment on time\". I called back and asked the lady surname Ramaseta how can I be over limit if the card is not in use over a year or so. She tried explaining that due to rates that went up that causes the over limit. I didn't increase the rates and my credit card is on debit order so I do not understand why would they send me such sms if the error is not on client side. I ask her to please remove my number from getting such sms as I do not appreciate that. Please do not mess with ME. Im not at fault here and if my monthly instalment needs to be increased due to high rates, please call me and advise so we can agree on that. I do not want to get these kind of sms.<br> "
