AN ABSA SWINDLE?

Some months ago an agent from Absa insurance contacted me to sell me insurance for the Road Accident Fund and for Potholes. I agreed. I was never sent a policy or policies. Now that I wish to make a claim, I am asked for the policy number. I don't have one. But what I do have is proof that two amounts are regularly debited off my Absa current account. Now do you think I can find out from \customer care"or any of the byzantine telephone call centres operated by the bank HOW TO CLAIM - no chance! Not without a policy number. And no-one I have spoken to can locate the policies that I was sold. Yet I have it in black and white each month that the following debits are made: (1) ACB DEBIT:EXTERNAL ( 15"
