Amounts taken with Debit Order, no feedback

I pay my vehicle via debit order. I paid in additional funds and requested that these funds be allocated to my capital amount, which was done after a HelloPeter complaint. Now when I look at my bank account, there is a debit order of R 7022.20 that was taken from my account where my debit order approved amount for the installment is R 4141.55. How is this possible that ABSA can take another amount almost 2 times my debit order amount with no notification, nothing. The R 4141.55 is indicated as PAYMENT TO CUSTOMER?????????????????? I do not get any feedback or response from the official mail address.

ABSA is getting the worst bank to deal with. Absolutely not acceptable.
