Amount in Advance not refunded!

My vehicle was settled end of June 2021. There is an amount of R915.40 which was paid in advance due to a premium which was deducted in the previous periods. I called on the 30th of June and was told that this amount will be paid to me within 4-5 business days. I called AGAIN today and was told a complaint will be logged and a complaint take 5-6 working days. I called the finance department and they said the account is R0.00 and nothing will be paid! So they are *****ing R915 from me. Horrible service!
