Amount gone off my business account 16 Times!!!

An amount of R69,90 went off my business account 16 times in one day! I was not in the country but do not get notifications for such small amounts! When i saw it i went to my personal banker and she said her assistant will sort it out for she has another appointment! After two weeks i had no feed back so i phoned assistant again she said she would get right back to me still waiting! Phone Personal banker again today no feedback!!!!! This is a business account with big turn over! I do not know what to do!!!!
