Amending of Cession

I spent the whole day on the phone trying to find out who will be able assist me in amending a Policy I have with Liberty Life which is Ceeded to ABSA.<br> I cannot amend the policy without ABSA signing it off as they are the cessionary, I was sent from Pillar to post, and ABSOLUTELY NO ONE could steer me in the right direction to ave the amended policy signed off by ABSA.<br> <br> Very quick to add the cession to the policy, but to get assistance to amend/remove it, absolutely no one can help!!
