Ambushed with a court order by Absa Vehicle Finance

Today my vehicle was repossessed by the sheriff of the court and the Plaintiff in the matter is ABSA. My vehicle that is a source of income to me and to my kids have been taken away from me but the Lord that I serve will intervene one of the good days. I was really surprised that there was a court order issued under my name in March 2022 and warrant for delivery of goods in April 2022. It is unfortunate that I was never notified, summoned or even given a telephone call by the service provider ABSA. In March 2022 when the order was issued the account was in arrears of R 15 000 while the monthly instalment of the vehicle is R 13000 per month. I recall my last conversation with a certain white gentlemen from Absa in 2021 who was Absa head for legal in Mpumalanga and Limpopo Region. I recall us fighting over the phone that time as my account was in arrears with one month. The guy threatened me by telling me that he will send the bank tracers to come and repossess car and my answer to him was that the bank cannot repossess my car without a court order, and this is trite law. He eventually sent his tracers and I refused to hand over the car to them. I was told that I think I am clever by the very same tracers driving around with a vehicle with the cameras on top of the roof. Today the very same people (tracers) were claiming victory when my car was repossessed in front of my colleagues at work. Why was this done to me? Is it because I am black and their white? One day we will tell what their motive was. My car has been repossess for a mere R 20000 which I opted to pay but the sheriff refused to hear my plea. I do understand and respect that the sheriff was doing his work. When I called the attorneys representing Absa I was told their not going to accept the payment of R 20000, I was told to pay the whole amount of R 288 000.00 in full before they can release the car. The bank claims that I was served with notices pointing to the address on the court papers. I did explain to the sheriff that I no longer reside at that address since 2018 since I divorced. Even the notices that they claim were sent to me, if indeed they were sent to me, my kids at my previous address were going to give me those notices as they always do. There are always tow kinds of people in this world. Those who do not want to pay their accounts and those who pay their accounts regardless of the situation they find themselves in. Fortunately, I do pay my dues and the same Absa can attest to that as I was paying my account in difficult times during COVID. I am also asking myself why even a text message was not sent to me telling about the court order? Why if there's a change in the interest rate I do get emails from Absa telling me about the change in my installment. Why the monthly account statement are sent to me but I am not informed about the court order. I have been ambushed by Absa. Where must I get over R 200 000.00 of money from ? Please note Absa that today 11 May 2022, you have added me to the number of unemployed people in South Africa because all my clients will terminate my services as I can no longer visit them and may God bless you for that Absa. From tomorrow, 11 May 2022, I will visit an Absa branch near me and cancel my business account with them and furthermore discourage my clients from investing with Absa especially on issues relating to Absa retirement fund together with the funeral policy as this is one of some of my area of specialty.

Lastly, my brother sitting next to me hear, he has been in arrears with on his car with the very same Absa for six months now and owes the bank over R 80 000 in arrears but his car is not repossessed. Where is the balance here Absa?

I thought Absa was the best bank hence I opened my business account with them but I was totally worng.
