Amazing service from Absa Bank Chatterton Road Pietermaritzburg

A huge shout out to the staff at Absa Bank Chatterton Road, Pietermaritzburg. I choose to deal with this branch on my very occasional in-person visits, rather than my closest branch, as the service is always excellent. There was no wait to be helped and consultant Xoli Maphumulo went above and beyond to assist me patiently and knowlegeably with my umpteen queries. I have banked with Absa since United and Al**** days and this was honestly the best customer service experience I have ever had. Well done - you make me proud to be an Absa customer!
