Amazing Service and unmatched attitude from Sbu and Thobeka

I walked into an ABSA branch (Benmore Gardens to be specific), my intentions were to close all of my accounts and walk out. I expected a bit of hostility as I have previously from the Sunninghill branch (specifically from one individual, not everyone at the branch). They showed me great service and provided the best warmth I've seen from service consultants. Firstly Sibusiso was courteous and tried to understand why I was leaving the bank, from the level of professional service I received I almost changed my mind but my reasons were beyond his control. He assisted me as if I was the only customer who walked in that day and I was pleased and happy, to say the least.

After the great service received from him, he referred me to the tellers and that's where I met Thobeka Langa. An amazing human being who always sees it as a priority to engage with clients when getting the job done. She also tried to understand my reasons for closing my accounts and leaving the bank which I think it's a great attribute from service consultants. She promised to have someone call me back after a while to check if I have not changed my mind, a gesture which I will appreciate especially because I've been a client for 12 years and it's too sad to leave.

My reasons for leaving the bank were partly service related to other branches (One person at the Sunninghill branch) but that counts have simply been overlooked given the very opposite and amazing service from the above-mentioned individuals.

Nevertheless, I thank Sbusiso and Thobeka for the great service at the Benmore Gardens Absa Branch, keep up the great work.
