I was changing my foreign currency at the Absa branch when by checking through procedure, Andile realised someone had created an account using my identity document, which had been ****** before. He professionaly handled the situation which put me at ease as ***** is not anything small to handle, it's mentally exhausting. We need more Andiles in the bank!
