Amazing Charlatans

They respond very quickly to anything posted here. It is obvious they are worried about negative criticism but as soon as they realize the "customer" is small fry, they just flatly ignore them afterwards.

R148k was ****** from two of my accounts in May - you offered 50% compensation which is not acceptable purely because "celebreties" such as Dr Dawie de Villiers received 100% compansation within 2 weeks after he was ******. I had to wait nearly 2 months for your macabre offer. I am not impressed and numerous calls and e-mails has not made a difference. If you are serious, you can refund my money failing which is supply me with the FICA information of the beneficiary account which received my ****** money and a copy of your so called forensic report.

The banking ombudsman is a waste of time and you know it. Why can you not respond with the requested documentation? why does some people receive full remittance but other do not? What makes them better people than me? - ABSA has been abusing its size for too long as the small guy just do not have the resources to take you on legally. It is quite interesting to note if one does an internet search that all ABSA stand out at the top for passing the buck. Someone in your organization is working with someone in Vodacom to ***** customers money and you are running away from it instead of stopping the rot.

So a thrid party can ***** customers money and you cannot divulge the information ? - So you are protecting *********. Anyways, I have not heard of a single case where the ombudsman has found in favour of your customers. Once again, you are skimping away from the small guy simply because of your financial power. You know that the small guy does not have a chance against you when it comes to litigation. You have also not given me a satisfactory response regarding certain individuals being refunded but others not. I reiterate again. You are afraid of the publicity that could emanate from negative responses of "celebrities" but "plebs" like myself only warrant a brush off. You also know very well that a simswap that was done after normal business hours attract suspicion but yet a multitude of transactions go off on your customers accounts in the early hours of the morning but you do not seem really concerned about it. What makes the matter even worse is that shortly before my money was ******, my pin and password was changed but yet you claim that no-one can obtain that information on your side. I put it to you that I am too small and insignificant for ********* to keep a constant watch on my pc or cellphone for the purpose of *****ing my money. Only your people know the size and limits of my overdraft facilities and it is amazing that it is only the overdraft amounts that has been ****** as I did not have any money in those accounts at the time of the theft. Sorry ABSA but you story stinks to say the least
