Am not happy with ABSA because I did not receive the money after withdrawal

I went to withdraw money and got ****med. It Said it has already been redeemed but it did not come out. I don't know what to do because that's not my money I was sent there . I firstly put on the withdraw number and pin, it was kinda slow so I waited for a moment, and it said thank you return to the menu, and I stood there, I tried again on the same ATM , I put on withdraw number and the pin it shows that hour bottle thing, and they it took out a slip saying it was already redeemed. I stood for a moment , no money came.
