Always lines service slow

The customer service line is always long 3 customer agent no replacement for 1 that must go on lunch. This is and industry that works all the time. You will wait nearly 2 hours to see customer service agent. This supposed to be 1 of the biggest branches. Service is always slow. As in there is already a little agents then they still walk some people to atm to help them; then the atm line is long so that person needs to wait too. Like dam 4th or 5th you will wait an hour for help. Ridiculous
