Almost 6 months and no joy

My father passed away in 2011 and Absa were the executors of his estate. There was ***** committed on his estate by an Absa employee, which we were informed of.<br> <br> There is a small amount payable to the beneficiaries from an Allan Gray account.<br> <br> Because the executor of the estate was dismissed due to *****, we are now battling to get the amount paid as we need a letter signed by the executor, and Absa have not yet appointed a new one.<br> <br> Please can someone assist now as normal channels are yielding no results after the initial query was raised in September 2015.
