Allowance of unauthorised debit orders by ABSA

Absa allows unauthorised debit orders to go off on your account. I mean you can never trust a bank that does not keep your money secure. What is the purpose of a bank?! They say to contact the 3rd party, to which the 3rd party says they have no debit order! You send them evidence of said communication, but still, they never sort it out, so you have to pay and explain every month as to why you want this bull**** reversed. You report it to ABSA *****, they say the same ****. Please save your self some hassle and go to another bank.
