AL**** Bank investment

The beginning of this year I've been trying to get some help from Absa bank and it seems that they don't want to assist me or they trying to hide information that I request on behalf of a deceased estate , my grandfather had a investment with Al**** bank which was under Absa's umbrella. I handed in information about the investment which was made in 1990's and the court gave us a letter which was email to Absa's investment sector and since this day I've not had a response or call from them, what amazed me is my first query I was told that my grandfather didn't have an account with Absa Bank but when I went into the bank they picked up he had an account but closed in October last year by that it made me be weary about Absa's dealing when it comes to Africans how badly and undermining they treat us. The courts picked up that he has certain policies / investment under his name but it's not disclosed.
