All problems leads to ABSA

I recently app**** and was granted a home load from ABSA.<br> <br> They need proof of residence once again.. I have been with ABSA for years now. I also recently opened up a cheque account with them, where proof of residence was confirmed. Does this count for nothing? <br> <br> They do not accept my levy account, but will accept clothing accounts?! I do not have a cellphone account or a clothing account so now they want to send someone over to do a site inspection and charge me R700.<br> <br> Every other company accepts the levy as proof of residence EXCEPT absa.. obviously they will be the difficult one where no common sense lies so they can keep over charging you... <br> <br> Once again I am reminded why I should have changed banks ages ago.<br>
