all is can say is HELL NO TO ABSA

Thank you Absa for granting me a home loan and my car finance.... you guys have really helped me..... then again you also caused a massive delay with my deed registration. I was promised to get a better interest rate if I open an Absa account....WHICH I DID.... In December.....

Never heard anything apart from a consultant will contact me to arrange for my card..... I have been trying like crazy to get hold of someone and every time I would be on hold for 20 minutes after which some **** would just drop the call in my ear after I am the most polite person EVER.

By some MIRACLE, I got hold of someone on the 27th of January who told me that my account was cancelled because I didn't activate it in the branch within the given time........ say what now??? No one told me this..... Needless to say, the sorry sod I am went to a branch to open my account YET AGAIN.... but after an hour in a line, I decided ***** it..... So now I have to adjust all the papers and get everything re-signed at the attorneys and get the to re-log my registration at the deeds office....

I AM SOOOO DISAPPOINTED.... I now remember why I left Absa for FNB 10 years ago.... FNB customer service is 1000 times what Absa pretend to be on their ads.

If this costs me my home loan - so damn be it.... Take the car too
