Bought mtn airtime on Absa app Went in to bank to complain why I did not receive airtime yet Lodged a complaint Feedback was that according to Absa I received the airtime and must follow up with the provider Why must I follow up Absa took money from me to provide a service I did not receive They ***** your money and run Shame on you
