Airtime bought via app

I bought airtime using the ABSA cellphone baking application on 02 Aug, to date the amount still does not reflect on Vodacom airtime balance. I called ABSA and was advised to wait 24 hours from the date of purchase. On 04 Aug still no balance. 275 gone just like that.
