Airtime

I bought Cell C airtime yesterday using my Banking App which is still not reflecting. ABSA have confirmed that they had "Technical issues ". This has still not been rectified. I have had to get the Emergency Recharge from Cell C and have now used all thar Airtime to try and get ABSA to fix this. So the nett effect is that when they rectify this I still won't have Airtime as the Emergency Recharge will consume the purchase.
