AIP Services Forcing Insurance on my Vehicle Finance

<p>Good day,</p> <p>Since the 1st September 2016 i have been constantly sending emails to AIP Services to confirm my insurance cover.</p> <p>I have sent my insurance cover 2 times to them and they are telling me they never recieved my attachments. I checked and all my emails have been sent with attachments of my cover. My cover also matches all their criteria.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i received a rude email saying they rep**** to me and i must send it a third time!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Now i fear they will force insurance onto my Vehicle finance after I have comp**** with all their requirements.</p> <p>If i am correct, you are not allowed to force a product on me and force me to pay for something after i have comp**** with your requirments.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have no option but to forward this to the Banking Ombudsman if you add this to my finance.</p> <p>I require an answer today!!!</p>
