Had my car financed through AVAF and they got an insurance on my behalf. I've tried to cancel this insurance for two months since i have taken up insurance with Santam. I have sent them numerous emails to no satisfaction. They deduct their premium off my vehicle finance payment which means my account is now in arrears.

Where is the consumer act? Me as a consumer have the right to choose where i want my insurance not so? I urgently need feedback with regards to this because this is absolute madness!!!
