AGM ********** victim

<p>I was a victim of a ********** withdrawal on my current acc the 17 Aug, this week at an ABSA Atm, in woodmead no security around to be seen. A man was continually harassing me with my kids by my side. I told him to leave me alone & tried to cancel my transaction but did not get my card out of ATM. Was very nervous & conscious of this man, but was helpless. </p> <p>Contacted the ABSA ccc to stop my card @ 13:25pm but received so many prompts & was lost with the prompts. Then called the Standard bank ccc & got thru at 13:27 & the ********* had already drawn R4000 out my acc. Card was stopped & ***** query was opened. </p> <p>Why does the ABSA ATM not have a security guard on site!! As I am sure you are all aware that crime is rife at the moment? </p> <p>Please refer to your cameras for incident - hope I have my money credited!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
