Agent captured incorrect plan
Absa credit life insurance agent has cover me on the incorrect plan for my vehicle , when I took out the cover in August 2019 I was advised that I would be covered for death, disability & retrenchment. When I got my policy documents in November I see I’m only covered for death only .. I’ve been in contact with Absa but no one seems to get back to me since November, I have the recording which states that I will be covered for death , disability & retrenchment
If you can’t rectify this error pls cancel the credit life plan since I’m paying an additional R500 for a cover that doesn’t suit my needs
