Again wrong interest rate
In August I logged a complaint about my interest rate being wrong. <br> <br> My interest rate is supposed to be 15.25%. The person who contacted me assured me that this is the correct rate and the rate I will be billed at. <br> <br> According to my statement and Internet banking it is now 16%. <br> <br> What is going on?
