Again Absa Private bank is a no show
I filed a request with Absa Private Bank on Monday. Followed up on Tuesday. Today is Friday and not a single person has responded.
Please remind me again why am I paying for a service that does not exist??? Philani Nzuza

It means absolutely nothing to me. Absa’s previous actions or the lack there of clearly shows me that my concerns were once again not taken serious and simply ignored.
You left me with no other choice than to refer this to the banking ombudsman.
You charge for a service that does not exist!!!
