Again?!

Why is the monthly fee debited multiple times in one month? I have a Flexi account. R65 a month. Why is 2-3 times that being taken? It's not transaction fees as I have moved all my money to FNB due to issues like this. I deposit money into the account for my policy and Absa takes most of it beyond the admin fee and the I get emails from Absa Life telling me that I'm in arrears. The policy is the only reason that I have not closed this account, but I am very tempted to.
