After raising queries with ABSA and then receiving no responses I go to Hello Peter for a response

After raising queries with ABSA and then receiving no responses I go to Hello Peter for a response. I then get some feedback and most often the complaint is closed without a resolution. I get an e-mail advising that the complaint reference has been closed and am asked to provide feedback however when clicking on the *Good* or *Bad* link I get you a page that says *Authorization Required*. What is the point of this? On a recent complaint reference C-***5 the complaint was closed by Claudette Lewis yet she did absolutely nothing to address the complaint. I am unable to rate her service as well. What a useless organisation!
