After 2 weeks, no response about personal loan

I app**** for a personal loan via online banking on the 8th Oct, i accepted the auto-quote immediately. Then nothing, 3 days passed and i got an email from creditadmin asking for documents. I sent this through immediately...then no response. 4 days later, i receive a call that i need to send copy of my ID too (Absa did not ask for this initially) , again i did this immediately.<br> <br> It is now the 19th , and it does not look like ABSA can process this loan. They can't even tell me if it's approved or not, the quote that i accepted is no longer valid either (it expires after 5 days) . <br> <br> Unacceptable response time, and even worse communication. Nowhere does ABSA even give me a person or a number to call to query this loan. All emails remain unanswered or automated responses.
