Africanicity bad serviuce from Absa banker Ms Ledwaba

It has taken me over 4 years to try and convert my business account from a Business Transact (Savings Acc) to a Business Cheque account yet it is still not done. I have be trying to reach the banker , MS Ledwaba ( Ithink her name is Jackie or Jane) from Menlyn Main branch. I have sent over 30 emails and telephone calls yet nothing has happened in fact she done not even respond. So much for being Africanicity service
