Africanacity: (n) The distinct ability to always find ways to NOT get things done
ABSA is useless when it comes to card delivery.
Rather not offer it as a service to customers than go through this nightmare of a wait.
ABSA needs to stop focusing on "Africanacity" and divert their efforts to "efficiency" instead.
