I got a call from ur call center agent named Ruth offering me an opportunity for absa to consolidate my loans into 1 payment. Advised me that a relationship manager from the branch(Promenade) would call me. I opted to be called in the morning. At 12h00 I was the one who called the branch. Eventually I someone calls me and as it turns out I Needed to go in to the branch to be assisted. Not by a relationship manager but by a consultant. She confirmed what I knew for a long time now. I have a glorified savings account and Absa has no intention of ever assisting me. Africanaciry is for blacks. Period. No effort made to go above and beyond. Of course not.. I'm merely coloured not back enough to be helped by Absa. If my payroll at work had not been closing today I would have closed this account then and there. ***** you Absa. I am done with this bank.
